After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bucknell University, Meaghan completed an accelerated nursing program at New York University and began a career as an ER Trauma Nurse at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell and Johns Hopkins Hospital. With a passion for critical care and procedural medicine, Meaghan went on to earn both a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2021.
Since then, Meaghan has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Surgical Intermediate Care Unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Multitrauma Intensive Care Unit at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
